Rang 111 as couldn’t get though to doctors and they said ring the gp so I did only for the lady who I spoke too to give another patient an 111 appointment slot and then tell me she had nothing left her I heard the full conversation and now im the one left suffering to hell as well as being asthmatic who needs an inhaler to breathe yet currently im struggling to breathe.

Phoned 300 times Quedgeley for 30 mins and no appointments left see more of walk in centre or on the phone to 111 than seeing own gp was far better when new green surgery was open as actually saw my doctor this doctors is no more use than a chocolate fire guard
