Poor communications even when asked for my experience feedback the link they send puts me into Microsoft accounts (I don’t have one) on the very few occasions I’ve needed to see my doctor I’ve only ever seen a Locum .

Can’t speak highly enough of this practice. Caring and efficient telephone receptionist dealt with my request to see a dr, and the dr I saw was patient, understanding and arranged the help I needed.

Recently called for some help regarding my son. The receptionist was really caring and helpful in talking through some options. The GP seen was fantastic- read the vibes during the appointment and had such a caring nature.
