Review titled Great Service
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Stuart and Ann Clarke - Posted on 09 February 2025
Contact with Nems was set up via a 111 call. Call back was prompt and we received a very comprehensive assessment of a medical condition regarding our Mum. The doctor was very knowledgeable, empathetic and very thorough. We we overwhelmed with his care. He followed up his telephone conversation after his colleague visited mum. Outstanding service, many thanks. Would like to name individual clinicians, but understand the woke requirements. Individuals need to be informed or performance. Thanks again.

Review titled Terrible place, unorganised, shambles
Rated 1 star out of 5

We were directed to this GP urgent care by AE. I had chest pain and no pain relief was given. Triaged by a young health care assistant who doesn’t seem to know what she was doing. Waited 3 hours to be seen. When I did see doctor, I was told I needed to be seen by an AE ‘doctor’ because I had chest pain! What a joke of a service. I told them many times about my chest but no one paid attention. I get that they’re busy but they were so unorganised, they didn’t care about my pain at all! I was then taken to AE where I had blood test done and proper pain relief. Don’t bother coming to this NEMS. They don’t seem to have a clue on what they’re doing.
