Took my 80 year old mom for a blood test today, the nurse was so helpful and accommodating. Can’t fault this service … thank you so much

Review titled Awful Practice - Needs Closing Down
Rated 1 star out of 5

Awful service! My mom has got dementia and has diabetes. They kept canceling her appointments and left her without medication as “review” is needed. She had a toe infection due to their negligence and thanks to Sandwell hospital who had her admitted and treated. The place is a pure joke! Receptionist don't have any idea with patients, no appointments and if you have one they keep canceling it! She had a referral for ger tyroids and again was not followed up by the GP. Thank God I've moved from the area and my mom has a good GP now!

Review titled Very poor

It is unacceptable for any physiotherapy member of staff to be rude when affirming a patient’s lateness to treatment, when it wasn’t true in the rude way embarrassing the person. This goes against the NHS Code of Conduct. The NHS Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour that all NHS staff must adhere to, and it is the duty of all members of staff to treat the patients’s escorts with respect and dignity. It is important that all members of staff in the NHS adhere to the Code of Conduct, and any breach of this code should be dealt with swiftly and appropriately.

Review titled Very Poor Service
Rated 1 star out of 5

Phoned today because I had a missed call from them so rang them back and they said that I was number 8 in the queue. Got to number1 after 2hours only to be told that my call has not been accepted and was cut off Absolutely Pathetic and Needs To Be Sorted Out by the NHS or the Government.

Review titled Appalling service
Rated 2 stars out of 5

Rang 10/11 to enquire about a tetanus injection as our new dog nipped me. Told to ring back today 11/11. Was on phone since 8am, by time I got through was told no appointments left. Was told to go to nearest walk in center, told them I have no money or transport to get there. Got a flimsy apology and then she hung up. Its getting worse. They don't put into consideration those patients who struggle to get up early due to health reasons. Just find the whole practice appalling.
