I was fortunate enough to see an amazing doctor this morning at New Ash Green surgery. I can't remember his name but my appointment was 8 30 on 13th November so that he can be recognised. He took his time with me and showed sympathy with my problems. He was so friendly and helpful I just hope he stays at the surgery . We need more doctors like him. Great experience today with him.

I am an audiologist, I wanted to email this NHS surgery a referral report of one of their patients. They do not have their email address on their website, and every time I call there are at least 5 to 7 people already in the cue. Even the welcome voice on their line is very lengthy. I believe their responsiveness and their external interfaces need complete revisit to be improved.

I have waited for over a week for blood results was supposed to have telephone this morning with doctor. Nobody bothered. I had to go to surgery for 2 weeks running to get an appointment. Filled form and got one with paramedics she confirmed had hernia and needed a scan. I waited 4 days went back surgery and was given a number to phone to book myself. Which I have done. This system that you are operating does not work it’s a disaster. A lot of people attend DVH emergency from new ash green as the system there is not fit for purpose. I am sure most people feel the same. Have listened to complaints from others and it would appear itv are interested in our opinion. Mine has been sent from my own personal experiences .
