   Have been coming here for over 6 years and have never once had an appointment on time. The waiting room is oppressive, the lighting very harsh, and there is no sense of warmth or comfort. I appreciate the staff are over worked and the service is under funded, but you are made to feel like an inconvenience on a conveyor belt here, often when you are your lowest point mentally. Some compassion to the needs of the patients would go down a treat.
