Gave my daughter a prescription which was wrote out wrong so she couldn’t start her treatment. Then told her it was sorted out and when she went to pick up her new prescription, was told by the pharmacy that there was nothing there for her and no record of them calling!! How is this meant to help her with her treatment when they couldn’t even get her first prescription right?? Absolute joke and detrimental to the patient as the time and petrol going to two different chemists for them to say at the first the prescription is wrong and then the second to say there is nothing there for her to pick up ….. absolute joke and then on top of that the time taken to get in touch with her drug worker to get it sorted out with the chemist is an absolute joke too!!!!
