The staff were friendly and professional. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable and the overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend going to Newmedica and very much look forward to my second surgery with them in the coming few weeks. Thank you to you all, great team work.

I d thank you for the care an d attention give n to me at th cataract clinic on 17th September 2023. From the moment I arrived to leaving 55minutes later with operation booked I was made comfortable, everything explained and came home very reassured.

Absolutely routine procedure throughout, no fuss, no anxiety, professional service without with the very minimum of admin. Premises clean, pleasant, funtional and un intimidating. This surely, must be a treatment model that the NHS should follow for a wider range of procedures.

1st eye everything straightforward, including recovery. 2nd eye similarly professional but I had an unconnected problem following the surgery and your staff were so caring and helpful. Unusual to find so many good people in one place. Recovery going again very well but will always be grateful for the care received, both scheduled and unscheduled. Thank you all again so much.

My appointment was delayed by a few hours but I was kept informed re the situation and assured that the op would go ahead. So felt confident and comfortable. Op was quick and efficient no problems at all. Nurses and assistants were all very caring and helpful.

All the staff I saw were efficient, knowledgeable and patient with any questions I had regarding my surgery. It was very helpful that I was given a choice of dates for my surgery as I had to arrange transport on the day. In all a Good experience. Thank you.

What can I say! All staff from receptionists to clinicians are extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Appointments are extremly quick, and you can choose your day and time. Free tea, coffee and water whilst you or your family wait.
