from the point of pre assessment for cataract replacement lenses to the procedure, it was unbelievably dealt with such calm and compassion. my vision is now restored and my thanks must go to the whole team, from the reception to the surgeon, and not forgetting the after care staff who contacted me the day after the operation

I have recently had both my cataracts done at Newmedica Birmingham and I have nothing but praise for them The wait for treatment was minimal. The first visit was a comprehensive series of tests which served for both eyes and first surgery was offered within the week. Five weeks later I had the second eye done All the staff are professional, friendly and kind. The clinic is modern, quiet and very clean There is free parking I was extremely nervous but they all looked after me so well. Thank you all so much

I recently had the cataracts in both my eyes removed at Newmedica Birmingham. After an examination, I met the team. The Professor, the surgeon, who completed my operations, a technician and the scrub nurse, who helped with my op, were helpful, friendly and efficient. Both eyes were done. Now I can read books and files easily and my distance vision is superb. My eyesight is now so good I don't need specs.

I was very nervous about having cataract surgery. All the staff were very kind and helpful, I felt relaxed after a few minutes of arriving to the clinic. The surgery was painless and I'm so grateful to all the staff who made it possible for me to have great eyesight. It's changed my life, thank you so much.

Tried calling Newmedica as I was experiencing issues post surgery, however the phone rings out and then disconnects after 3 minutes. I had cataract surgery here but please be aware there is no aftercare from Newmedica, very disappointed.

Team helpful. The process of the appointment step by step explained so I knew what was going on, lessening my anexity. During the surgery if it is at all possible some indication of progress of the surgery, this would for me aleviate my anexity all together

I had a very pleasant experienceat this clinic, I was very anxious about the procedure but staff mad surgeons were very good and put me at ease the surgery was painless and quick would highly recommend this to anyone else who needs this. If it was a hotel it would be 5 star Thank you 🤩

I now have had cataracts removed on both eyes. The whole process was well organised and details were continually being checked to ensure no errors. Nurses were very caring and on hand all the time. The procedures were well explained by the surgeon before the operation which was surprisingly quick. My vision was really good from the first day. I am really pleased with the outcome.

Having had both cataracts removed I cannot fault the service provided. All the staff were extremely professional, kind, caring and put me at ease by explaining everything. A special thanks to the surgeon who performed both procedures with a steady hand and re-assuring words.
