I cannot fault the whole experience. All appointments were on time. All members of staff were very kind and helpful, spotless hospital and a very professional approach to patient care.

I had my cartaract op on 8 October in Aztec West. The whole procedure was carried out in an unhurried and thoroughly professional way. I was made to feel at ease and all the staff were kind friendly and helpful. I am already on the mend and my eyesight has improved dramatically. Thank you for all your help

Two cataract operations and an ectropian repair in 2023. Both surgeons were excellent and staff were friendly and professional. The process was very efficient.

Once referred to this clinic I have had two cataracts removed and two new lens implanted. All the staff were courteous, helpful, and conscientious. I was treated with patience and care. The operations were quick, painless, and successful. The clinic was clean and uncluttered. My post operational instructions were clear and useful. Questions/queries were dealt with efficiently.

The whole environment is calm, friendly and efficient. Every team member without exception clearly explained the process for my outpatient visit. I was given the opportunity to discuss my treatment and was given the information I needed. I would highly recommend Newmedica

I cannot fault anything about my recent experience at Newmedica at Aztec West. My first appointment dealt with if I needed a cataract removed from my right eye. I was offered corrective surgery the following week, which I had to turn down due to my own holiday arrangements. I finally had the surgery done last week. I have been impressed with everything about Newmedica, the cleanliness of the premises, the courtesy and respect from the staff, and the information and care on the operation day and aftercare was excellent. I highly recommend Newmedica to anyone needing cataract surgery.

I have been so impressed by the wonderful care I was given from start to end of my surgery, everyone from the reception staff to the nurses and consultants their kindness and professionalism was amazing, so at no time did I feel anxious or worried, I can’t wait to have my second cataract done with them and would highly recommend Newmedica to anyone

Cataract procedure was carried out expertly and pain free. The staff from reception through operation to post op were excellent. The next day follow up phone call on a Sunday was much appreciated. The whole experience was wonderful as was the resultant amazing improvement in my eyesight. Thanks Newmedica.
