From start to finish a well organised experience. I felt at ease with the complete process, at all times what was happening was explained in detail. I would also like to say a big thank you to the nurse who was with me on the day of the procedure making me feel at ease at all times.

The opthalmic surgeon was very experienced and helpful, and immediately put my mind at rest. If only all NHS was like this

I was nervous going to this practice, but my mind was soon put at ease. From the reception and seeing each of the team, I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and understanding the whole team were. Also a lovely clean place to go to. The tests on my eyes were thorough in each department. And everything explained to me. The consultant took me through the procedure explaining everything. I am very happy to have my surgery done here at Brighthouse Clinic.

Staff were very helpful, and put your mind at rest. The procedure its self was very quick. May I make a small suggestion: I was asked if I had any questions. But at the time I could not think of anything. But I think it would have been better if they had talked me through the procedure as a matter of course, and not an option. A part from that a excellent service.

I felt at ease right from reception to all the other departments at the clinic. I would recommend this clinic. As this was the most friendly, helpful experience I have received. And the outcome of my cataract surgery was a complete success too. I cannot thank the surgeon enough.

Excellent service throughout my visit. All staff were kind, polite, respectful and professional. I was treated with dignity and respect at all times. Waiting time[s] were minimal as well.

All the staff associated with this practice without question are 100% can’t fault any in any way even after I had a procedure I had a bit of a problem with pressure in my eye nothing was to much trouble making me a cup of tea getting me a biscuit and even going out to tell my 90 year old father that I was fine and what the problem was with me ( and making my dad a cup of tea as well) just small things but it meant a lot

Wonderful staff. They were so kind to my husband who has Alzheimer’s and allowed me to stay with him and answer questions if he couldn’t. Staff all seemed very happy and the atmosphere was one of putting patient at ease. Couldn’t fault the experience.

As my previous visit to have my first eye operation, the whole experience from the reception to the final 'goodbye' was handled by all staff to put me at ease. The people I met were very professional but still had time to answer any concerns, The process was explained at all stages and the operation was quick and pain free. I would recommend the clinic to anyone who needed this procedure.
