My mother received treatment at the Nottingham branch today and received impeccable service throughout the whole procedure. The reception staff were extremely professional yet understanding at the same time, recognising the anxiety and offering reassurance. From walking through the door to being on the way home the whole procedure took less than 90 minutes and so far has had an immediate positive effect. All in all we cannot recommend nor praise NewMedica enough.

My experience was made as pleasant as possible from first entering the clinic until leaving. Reception,nurses, and surgeons were friendly, attentive and comforting. The downside to my day was waiting for patient transport for 1 and a half hours for my return journey home although the clinic cannot be blamed for this. Indeed they made the telephone call to the transport service and held on interminably until they received a response. Overall an excellent and efficient experience at a clinic I would highly recommend.

Treated with care and attention. Procedures explained with care. Operation day was also explained with care and any questions answered precisely. During Operation I was kept informed on what was to happen and asked if I was happy.

From walking in for the initial consultation to walking out after my procedure was absolutley perfect. All of the staff were extremely friendly and put me at ease. My nurse (?) explained every stage of the procedure prior to the procedure itself and she was with me every step of the way, even offering to hold my hand during the actual procedure and whilst waiting for the anesthetic eye drops to take effect, we chatted about lots of things and laughed quite a bit too. My surgeon was also extremely friendly and explained exactly step by step what he was about to do during the procedure itself. At no time was I able to see anything approaching my eye and I did not experience any pain at all. Lastly the whole facility is scrupulously clean througout. If you are in the slitest bit concerned about cataract removal, please take it from me, there is absolutley no need to be. Lastly, I would like to thank All the staff for their care and attention during my procedure.

I had both eyes operated on in the space of 58 days including final post op. I would highly recommend Newmedica to anyone wishing to receive the care and attention to patients welfare before and during the operation. The staff could not have been more positive in their attitude and made you feel safe and secure in their hands. The surgeon was the one recommended to me by my optician. He kept up a running commentary during the progress of the op and made you fell involved at all stages. The premises and environment were very clean and tidy. After the 1st op and the patch is removed the difference in my sight was amazing and I could not wait to have my other eye op.

From walking in the door at Newmedica Eye Clinic Newcastle for my cataract surgery this week the Kindness ,Care and Treatment I recieved was by far the best I have ever recieved anywhere. I was taken into theatre where an amazing staff member held my hand throughout. I cannot thank the surgeon and all the team enough for everything they did for me. I recieved outstanding care from them all.
