Brought my elderly father for an appointment. Excellent service. Spotlessly clean Kept to time. Staff were lovely. Couldn’t fault anything

Having just one working eye, I was extremely nervous about having cataract surgery. However, I was treated with care and professionalism from beginning to end and am very happy with the results.

The whole procedure from pre op appointment to the surgery was excellent. Staff were caring, kind and professional. The procedure was clearly explained to me by the surgeon which helped to put me at ease. The next day phone call was reassuring and friendly.

My whole experience with Newmedica so far has been fantastic. The staff are both professional & friendly, the place is immaculate and they really make you feel at ease. I was apprehensive about my surgery beforehand, but will have no worries returning for the other eye. I would fully recommend them.

Attended for an issue with a cataract. Process was dealt with in an excfllent manner from beginning to end. Communication was always good, be it mail, email or phone. Appointment selection for both initial consultation and operation was excellent. Great, friendly staff. Location, with easy free parking, is good. Thank you for looking after me so well.

The facility is very well run, all the staff are friendly and supportive. The day of my surgery, I was quite anxious, but everybody was so nice and talked me though everything that would be happening during my procedure, made me feel at ease. Would Highly Recommend

All the health practitioners I saw were friendly, professional and skilled and explained things in easily understandable terms. Special thanks to the surgeon and his team for giving me my "new right eye." I know I will be in safe hands when I return for the same procedure on my left eye.

I couldn’t believe how efficient this service was . I was booked in within 30 minutes after seeing my optician for a referral and then offered a cancellation slot just 4 days afterwards . On attending the clinic, I was seen within 5 minutes and had my cataract operation within 15 minutes. I could not fault the service. Premises were modern and spotless. The staff and surgical team were both friendly and professional. Well done all.

This is a wonderful service from referral to assessment to operation and after care. A one stop shop. The staff were so efficient and friendly putting me at ease.

After having 2 cataracts removed the surgical team are first class, all the staff are very professional and put you at ease from the moment you enter the building. Both operations were extremely quick and pain free and the After care is very good tea or coffee and biscuits. I can't praise the surgeons and care staff enough I would recommend Newmedica every time. The waiting time for appointments from request to perform the procedure is minimal and the surgery is less than 20 minutes. Overall the best experience I've ever had in the medical field.
