I received treatment at Newmedica Langford for occludable angle closure. I was extremely anxious about the procedure, but the practice was extremely professional and made me feel at ease. The experience felt like being treated in a private practice, with clean waiting rooms, short waiting times, and quick treatment times. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff for making the experience less daunting.

Punctual, Precise, good communications and considered thoughtfull discussions. A very slick experience from end to end which gave me the confidence they had my best interests at the front of all their work.

Treated very well and made to feel at ease and comfortable . Hospital easy to find with cleat instructions and good parking

I was seen within a few minutes of arrival by very efficient, friendly staff. I thought it was a 'consultation' so was very surprised to be offered an immediate capsulotomy. It is now a few days later and my sight is vastly improved. A highly recommended organisation.
