This visit the machine was not working, concerned I ask if I would be reviewed again because of this, as I rely on the feedback as a comparison of improvement in my treated eye and progress of condition in untreated eye, just told doing it old fashioned way, untreated eye not examined. Different drops used, vision went blocked out grey as soon as I left the building, not warned could happen had to go back and ask, bad atmosphere between consultant and nurse as consultant criticised fan being on would make them ill. Doors left open during eye test when a person was sat waiting outside, with gdpr I would consider those details private data, that nurse was too warm wanted door open. Not how other visits have been, now extending return to 6 weeks without reassurance of machine taking shots of both eyes.

Bringing dad here for his macular disease treatment has been so pleasant - the staff are amazing not rushed & very efficient treatment on the day. Follow ups & after care perfect thank you

Staff are so obliging and kind. They are very aware of my ailments and take tremendous care accommodate my deafness, sight , and csncer

100% service from when i first started 3 years ago up to precent date and it is all about the staff they have the time for you
