My experience at the Ophthalmology department. The staff were very friendly, and efficient. The Ophthalmologist who carried out my test,was very informative and professional. He also gave me advice on how to look after my eyes. I would highly recommend Newmedica.

The clinic ran smoothly and efficiently, the staff were helpful and kept me informed. The centre was clean and well signposted. Each procedure was explained and I was told what to expect.

The practise were very efficient, on time and the various tests by different departments very streamlined. The staff were very considerate, friendly and helpful.

I was very nervous and worried about the surgery, I shouldn't have been. The surgeon was brilliant and all the nurses were wonderful, my surgeries took about 12-15 minutes each time, although I was in the clinic just over an hour. I would recommend Newmedica everyday of the week and twice on Sunday, my eyesight has improved 60-65 % in my opinion.

First class visit today. Very little wait before I was seen initially and various tests carried out. I was then sent back to the waiting room for a short time before being seen by the Consultant. More testing carried out and an explanation by the Consultant of everything that was being carried out reassured me throughout the whole process As the appointment was coming to an end I was asked if I would like anything explained or needed anymore information. I felt like the team at Newmedica really cared and I had received a superb service! Many thanks.
