They are so professional and caring at every level the centre is lovely and new staff are well trained and efficient. I would express a big thank to the person who held me hand for looking after me and keeping me calm so grateful thank you

All staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. My surgery was fully explained both before and during the procedure. I was made to feel at ease I would highly recommend this clinic.

Every one within the clinic was fabulous, the attention to detail and care, I found to be very heartwarming, Feeling a little nervous, I left feeling great after feeling no discomfort or pain just fabulous, caring people. Thank you, all of you.

What a lovely clean modern hospital, with friendly caring staff. Throughout my experience of going twice to have both lens replaced I was always treated with professionalism, my questions answered and the utmost care as I was very worried when I had my first eye done however, I shouldn't have been as every effort was made to put me at ease. When I went for my second eye I was not worried at all as I new I was in safe hands. My outcome is absolutely amazing and I will be forever grateful to the surgeons and team at Nottingham Newmedica.

From initial appointment, surgery and reviews, my treatment could not have been bettered. Great ambience with extremely empathetic, professional and friendly staff who all took great care to explain each step of my treatment clearly.

Staff at Newmedica have been amazing in their kindness. Every stage of my care was explained clearly. They are welcoming and kind and put you at ease throughout the whole experience. I am delighted with results

Excellent from first appointment to follow up phone call. Completely painless and could see much better within 24 hours. All the staff are so caring and put me at ease. I must admit I'm surprised at how quick and, painless the procedure was. I had a phone call the next morning to ask if everything was ok and was I ok with putting in the eye drops I was sent home with. If anyone is unsure please don't be, my sight is so much better. I would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff.

Really friendly and engaging staff. Every effort was made to make me feel comfortable and informed. Incredibly efficient through the assessment to surgery. I was lucky enough to get a next day appointment for the surgery for my cataract. I actually can’t wait to go back for the other one!

Delighted with my cataract surgery. All of the staff, bar none were so friendly and reassuring. I was nervous, and they took time to reassure me. I cannot praise this hospital highly enough.
