The Team at Newmedic Bristol were fantastic ,caring nothing was to much trouble for anyone. Which is rare There care made a tremendous difference as I was nervous, Can't wait to have my other eye done by them . Definitely recommend to anyone Thank you all

Well organised and very thorough procedure for cataract surgery. Good follow up. All the information was very clear and the result of the 2 operations (left and right eye) has been immediate and excellent. I have been delighted with the treatment and outcome.

Lovely place to have surgery it was clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone the staff were especially kind and helpful throughout the process of me having my surgery before and after

I selected Newmedica to deal with my cataract surgery and I was immensely impressed. From start to finish they were professional, detailed and friendly. My initial appointment for assessment was made within a few days and surgery booked just 10 days later. Newmedica arranged for an Uber to collect me and take me home at no cost to me. On arrival for surgery I was made to feel comfortable and everything was explained to me in detail by a friendly doctor and nurse. At each stage, my prescription, notes and concerns were dealt with. Some of this was repetitive but, it was comforting that they were ensuring, at each stage that there were no mistakes or misunderstandings. The surgery was painless. After the short surgery, the surgeon sat with me over a cup of coffee and explained everything I needed to know in terms of aftercare and any questions I had. I was then sent on my way. 24 hours later I had a follow up call to ensure there were no issues that I was too hesitant to report. Newmedica and their staff have been a pleasure to work with and I cannot fault their professionalism, service and care.

Polite staff with a professional attitude. Operation was on time. The procedure was well explained and I was made to feel at ease.

Was told by my Optician that I had a secondary cataract. Was given a letter to pass onto my Doctor and within under one week I was able to book an appointment with Newmedica. 3 weeks later I had laser eye treatment to remove the secondary cataract at the Newmedica Clinic, Litfield House, Clifton,Bristol. The treatment I received was wonderful and everyone at Litfield House was very kind, friendly and extremely caring.

Walked in with blurred vision and less than an hour later walked out with clear vision after laser treatment . Very impressed

I saw 3 people today at the clinic. Each one of them was extremely polite, professional and reassuring. Everything was explained clearly to enable me to make decisions about my treatment. I felt in very safe hands. I was seen without having to wait very long at all and could not have been better looked after
