    Every part of my treatment was excellent. The pre-operative assessment was conducted with great care and good humour. The operation has produced a beautiful result and I am truly grateful to the magician that performed it. Every member of your staff was kind, courteous and charming. Thank you.

    My operation was not successful but I am full of praise for NewMedica. From the begining to the end I felt that everyone was friendly, caring, polite, efficient, and relaxed which made me feel secure. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The facilities were impecable , staff knowledable and courteous. I feel I was just unlucky that things did not go quite right but hopefully the next treatment will sort out the problems. Thank you all.

    From the time I arrived to the time I left - I felt that everyone from Surgeons, Drs. Nurses and reception staff were polite, efficient, and relaxed which made me feel secure. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

    From the start of the assessment to the actual operation all staff showed a gave a very polite & professional service both in Clifton, Bristol and at Aztec, Bristol in October 2022

    I have had both my eye cataracts operation done at Aztec West Newmedica. NHS . Eye tests were performed at Newmedica Langford. After both eye operations were complete, I was signed off to my opticians to get new glasses for astigmatism and reading corrections . I can now drive in the dark easily & read even very small print . I have had excellent treatment , results & I am very grateful. I would like to thank all involved in my treatment.

    I cannot tell you how nervous I was, I was put at ease straight away, every person that was working were so lovely, I cannot rate them high enough. I just want to say a massive thank you to you all.

    A calm, efficient atmosphere with appointments that were on time. Very welcoming and efficient desk staff and a very pleasant waiting area. All specialists were courteous and informative about the various procedures.

    I selected Newmedica from three choices on the NHS web site as (seemingly) one of the fastest and nearest. Unfortunately, the posted information on waiting times was misleading (Unlike other providers, Newmedica quoted time to initial appointment, not time to operation.) I therefore had to wait several months more than was necessary and unfortunately having chosen Newmedica on the web site, I could not change my selection. I chose and booked Newmedica Langford (8 miles from home) only to be told months later later that the operation would instead be at Aztec West (24 miles from home). An annoying disappointment. As for the operation itself, I must say that waiting time at the Aztec West facility was minimal and staff were friendly and helpful... save perhaps that the two surgeons did chat between themselves rather a lot during the procedure in a less than professional way!
