My appointment came through quickly following my referral. The assessment procedure was very quick. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful; they answered any questions satisfactorily.

Rang practice at 8am and an appointment was made for 10:15am on the same day. The doctor rang me back within one hour of my appointment with information. Rang to make a blood test appointment which was arranged for the following week. Many thanks to all concerned for a great service.

I was greeted by a young girl who was pleasant, had a fabulous young guy do my first eye examinations, very friendly and welcoming. Practice extremely organised and clean. I waited 45mins for my appointment which I wouldn't of minded but I literally saw my consultant for 5 mins and that's sadly not an over reaction, it was clear to see he was rushing, he rushed me through trying to explain why I was there, where I didn't manage to explain the extent of my problems, he looked at my eyes quickly up, down, left and right,then had to peel my eyelids up which I had explained I felt uncomfortable when then was performed and as he was in such a rush, it was made worse and I had to keep stopping him and pulling back. He said my eyelids was inflamed and was going to give me drops, didn't explain what they was, and scribbled down on a prescription. I asked why was they inflamed and he said could be anything! I had, had issues at this point for over 3 months now 4 months. I walked away with no answers as to what was wrong, how to help prevent it happening, I've taken the course of drops and no better only worse. I have received a letter stating what he says it is but wasn't told this at appointment and don't believe that's what I have, very disappointed in the lack of care and time. 4 months now I've been in agony with my eyes.

Being disabled i found it easy to park, just outside the door in fact. The building was easy to access as well. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and appt was over and done in 1 hour. No hanging about. Would defo reccomend.

Was kept fully informed of what was happening and the result of operation. All staff very professional and polite. Would have no hesitation if I required operation on other eye.

Dealt with in a friendly efficient manner for this appointment. (Had Assassment cancelled twice previous to this) Tests and Consultation explained well. Felt confident in Outcome.

Excellent practice, bright and cheerful surroundings with helpful friendly staff I would recommend Newmedica to friends and family.

My appointment was punctual, all the personnel I met were polite and caring. Every procedure was explained clearly and the summary at the conclusion was clear and reassuring.

I had my operation at the Aspen, they were thorough, caring and informative at all times. Also Impressed with the call the following day to check everything was ok. I had my pre op and post op in Swindon, and was very impressed with the care there

I have nothing but praise for all the staff at Newmedica.They were all kind,helpful and put me at ease.The doctors were great and the follow after the operation was second to none .I highly recommend them all.I can now see without my glasses which I have worn for 65 years amazing
