When I arrived I was made to feel very comfortable and important.The whole procedure took about an hour during which time I felt very well looked after. All the staff were extremely professional and I would have no hesitation recommending this practice

Newmedica Leeds is a great place to accompany a cataract treatment patient - plenty of seating, magazines and a complimentary coffee machine! It would be a little better if guidance could be given on arrival about whether to accompany the patient to the treatment area and approximate treatment times, so those waiting could plan their time.

I went for cateract surgery , very unsure as 1st time But all the way through from reception to nurse to surgeon Everyone worked as one whole fab team Put my mind at ease and explained all way through what was happening Will return for the 2nd eye when needed 🙂

I attended the clinic for cataract surgery and I can’t fault the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Everything was explained to me at every step. The clinic itself was very clean. I would definitely recommend attending.

From my initial appointment in early June to just having my second cataract surgery this week, the whole experience has been so quick and life changing which sounds so dramatic but it’s so true. My sight is now back to what is was years ago and I am so grateful to every single member of the team who I interacted with on each appointment. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable in every area and the advice for aftercare was really good and I would recommend New Medica for NHS and private eye care appointments. So thankful and grateful for everything.

Had both my eyes done, both times the treatment and care was excellent. Everything was explained before hand, and the after carfe was brilliant

The NHS could learn a lesson from this place. Polite, professional and very quick, no messing about. Id like to congratulate the entire team for my experience with my cataract operation 10/10.

Today was my second cataract surgery,I have nothing but praise for all the staff from receptionist to surgeon.Everything was explained to me and and i was very happy with how the staff treated me keep up the good work,and i would have no hesitation in recommending Newmedica to anyone,Keep up the good work and thankyou very much.
