From my initial appointment in early June to just having my second cataract surgery this week, the whole experience has been so quick and life changing which sounds so dramatic but it’s so true. My sight is now back to what is was years ago and I am so grateful to every single member of the team who I interacted with on each appointment. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable in every area and the advice for aftercare was really good and I would recommend New Medica for NHS and private eye care appointments. So thankful and grateful for everything.

Had both my eyes done, both times the treatment and care was excellent. Everything was explained before hand, and the after carfe was brilliant

The NHS could learn a lesson from this place. Polite, professional and very quick, no messing about. Id like to congratulate the entire team for my experience with my cataract operation 10/10.

Today was my second cataract surgery,I have nothing but praise for all the staff from receptionist to surgeon.Everything was explained to me and and i was very happy with how the staff treated me keep up the good work,and i would have no hesitation in recommending Newmedica to anyone,Keep up the good work and thankyou very much.

my referral was to arrange to undergo cataract surgery. Initial consultation was thorough and conducted in a relaxed but professional manner. On the day of my surgery much was done by reception staff, nurses and the consultant to explain the procedure and to calm a very anxious patient! All went well and my swift recovery and remarkable improvement in my sight is down to the expertise of the surgeon and the friendly atmosphere maintained by the nursing staff. It was so good I plan to repeat the experience again in the near future with cataract removal in my other eye!

Leaving review for my 89 year old father who had recent eye treatment at Newmedica Eye Health Clinic & Surgical Centre - Leeds. Fantastic service, friendly team and excellent care and treatment received during the two procedures. My fathers eye sight vastly improved and recovering period super quick and painless.

My daughter took me to my first consultation last week and we were both extremely impressed with the level of care and service we received. I was very nervous but every single member of staff that spoke to us, put me at ease and answered any questions we had. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. I am definitely feeling more confident about returning for my procedure now as I know I will be in safe hands.

From first contact to leaving after my operation everything was so professional, the staff very friendly and supportive. Now waiting for the other eye to be done. Would recommend this facility to anyone who needs eye treatment. Thanks too all.
