I was referred to the clinic by NHS Direct late at night because of a worsening chest infection. There was a long wait because, like elsewhere, the service is woefully under-resourced. But the reception staff were kind, compassionate and helpful and upfront about the expected 1.5hr delay. When I was seen at 2am the doctor was caring and efficient. Many thanks to all the wonderful staff for working through the night to provide this vital service.
