  2. Review titled They do the upmost to get rid of you

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 22 February 2024

It took 3 months for them to book a phone assessment for me, and then another month for the assessment.16 weeks in total from my self referral to the assessment. This is way outside their 6 week target. They contacted my GP, but they didn't contact me, then they just left it. I had to self refer about 6 times, as it was the only way to contact them. The clinical lead spoke to my GP and told him some toxic positive nonsense about me being autistic, and how interesting that is, and would I like to work for them in an advocacy role. They then forwarded a link to my GP which was nothing to do with what they said. They completely blind sided him in an effort to get rid of me. They intentionally misunderstand my reason for the referral. I didn't self refer to them so they could signpost me, or tell me to go back to my GP. I self referred to them so I could recieve talking therapy from them. To the person assessing this review: Please do not respond with "I'm sorry to hear that.....". You're not sorry to hear anything. The behaviour from this service was completely by design.

  3. Review titled Wow Superb

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Kimberley Moss - Posted on 25 January 2024

I cant believe how my therapist knew me better , than I know myself. It was hard work digging deep and applying new skills to train my thought pattern , it definitely works!! If you desperately want to get better ...then you must do your homework. Wish this was available decades ago . Go for it. A huge thank you from the bottom of my heart . It's so interesting to get the bigger picture and see for yourself " why and how " our thought patterns have become a little tangled and how we can slowly but surely untangle those thoughts ... Go for it .

  4. Review titled Twice Let Down

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 05 May 2023

After a previous positive experience several years ago, my relative submitted an online Self Referral in the autumn of 2022 but never received a reply. Now even more poorly, they submitted another online Self Referral and Therapy was confirmed by “no-reply” texts to begin in May, but no joining instructions or links ever materialised. The only phone number they could find went unanswered. The day came & went with no contact whatsoever leaving them feeling even more hopeless. It’s devastating to see someone in pain being let down yet again. I can only hope that between us we can re-establish contact and get some help at long last.

  5. Review titled Five Star Talking Therapy

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 16 April 2023

I can’t rate this service highly enough. I didn’t want to go on the course at all and only did because my GP thought it might help……and to my complete and utter astonishment - it actually did. I was extremely fortunate in having a lovely therapist who after several weeks of gentle questioning/conversation helped me to discover a ‘missing piece of..’ memory…. She was professional and thorough, so much so that at times I hardly noticed that she was asking questions - it seemed more like a conversation. She even had a sense of humour…..
