I went to the clinic to have an ultrasound scan and I was very nervous to attend this appointment. When I got there I was greeted and welcomed by two members of staff. They were friendly and very understanding when I spoke to them about some things. I was put at ease during the scan as they listened to any concerns I had and gave advice and reassurance. They also walked me through the whole process and were very patient. The service and support I received was brilliant.

Got there ten minutes early as advised. Waited until 30 minutes into my appointment while I was ignored, asked how much longer and was flippantly told "ten more minutes". No acknowledgement or apology for the 40 minute delay. I said I can't wait any longer and no response. My 13 yo son said bye and was ignored - I guess annoyed that we were leaving. Horrible customer service. Do not go here unless you are willing to spend £60 for adult and £20 for child just to be left hanging around like you have nothing else to do

Had an awful experience at the North Leeds Dental Practice. The staff made me wait 25 minutes for my appointment because they gave my appointment away to someone who got there too early for their own appointment. The staff spoke to me and my partner horribly and when it came to the scan I wanted to my partner to be in there for comfort and she was refused entry. I am deeply upset about this occurrence and will never use them again for anything. I hope they get reviewed by the NHS and do a stuff turnover cause nobody should be treated as we was.
