   They called my home several times to arrange appt, but I'm at work and not allowed calls at work. They never left a contact phone number( NHS website doesnt have one either). I used 1471 to call back , but every time get this message. " person unavailable, call later, mailbox is full" communication in health services is key to delivering said health services !
