I've had numerous issues with Nems/this practice including them making me wait an hour in a queue to then put the phone down on me without answering - this has happened multiple times and I've even walked to the practice during the old to see it wasn't busy and wasn't even ringing at reception while I was there on hold. I've had nurses get annoyed that I couldn't finish an asthma test because I couldn't easily match my breaths - could this have been because there was something wrong with my lungs??? I wonder what that could have been! I've been told I was going to be referred to the hospital, twice within the past two years and I've heard absolutely nothing and still suffer from the issues I've had issues with medication that I was told was theirs to deal with, only to be ping ponged back to the doctor who discharged me Today (17th) I was told I couldn't have an appointment because there weren't enough doctors working, then maybe there's an issue with the practice if it's so disorganised it can't figure out how to care for patients when this happens It's unacceptable, needs a better manager or just outright needs to be closed, I've had enough of this GP and they obviously don't care about their patients so just get a group of people who do, or close the useless place
