    I recently called the service to order my stoma supplies and found that the phone was answered quickly by a person that was both knowledgeable and informed about my needs. They asked caring questions and offered me support if I needed it. The order was taken without hesitation or question and arrived within 5 days. I find the service to be well run, the employees show the right amount of empathy and they offer support over a wide range of needs. It seems they are broadening what they offer to patients, such as local clinics, home visits and annual check ups. I'm very happy with the service they give to their patients and hope they remain the provider for years to come.

    Sadly, the call handler today had a very insensitive, abrupt attitude/manner. I was placing an order for stoma appliances on behalf of my 94 year old mother who is very hard of hearing and has an issue with her stoma. Please feedback to call handlers to be sensitive and to use some empathy. Tone and manner is very important. There is an issue with non clinically trained staff taking these calls as they can come over as being cold and having no understanding of a person's situation. patients should not be challenged, questions can be delivered in a better way, being aware of tone of voice etc.
