    I had a pre booked appointment left after 1 hour of waiting very poor service received by dhu healthcare and oadby urgent care centre go a@e its a lot quicker than doing to dhu healthcare useless service cqc informed avoid dhu .

    I attended as a walk-in to have my urine tested following uti. I was seen immediately by a lovely nurse who explained the results and what to do next. The receptionist was also helpful and welcoming.

    Came in on the 7th may in the afternoon with my father, we did not have an appointment but the receptionist(white young girl) was very helpful and very kind went over and beyond to get my father seen, thank you so much, the Dr was also very helpful and explained everything so well. Great practice. Thank you again.

I am pleased to hear that your experience was a good one. We always endeavor to provide a high level of quality, safe, professional, timely and compassionate care and are always pleased when patients and their families take the time to let us know how we did.     Took my wife to Oadby walk in centre today with breathing problems. Told she could not be seen and to phone 111 or go to A&E
