Absolutely shocked and disgusted with the customer service. No introduction to whom they were, passed to different people who couldnt speak english and did not explain the reason for a call. Then continued to call me names - a mental health patient. The effects of the names they call can have severe effect. Will never use again.

Very long waiting time between appointments . No clear diagnosis given . Further help with medical problems inexistant . Unhelpful with carers .very disappointed with service provided .
