   Apparently I cannot use capital letters in my review. I used these for iv or mri. Please contact me to discuss further as the service I received was shocking. If I don't receive a response I will be going to the Nhs directly to complain

   I had an appointment at the eye clinic today for a diabetic screening for the first time , the appointment was on time and the two ladies I saw were very professional, very friendly and put my mind at rest , both a credit to the nhs and the icc centre in Oldham thank you to you both
