   Everything seems to be run by a central admin team serving all the branches. There is no ability to make a GP appointment - only a nurse appointment. They will then send you a text, which you can't reply to. If you try to email them you get sent to the online form which you can't request a GP appointment. If you go to the surgery the staff can't make you an appointment and direct you to the online form! When you do get an appointment 6weeks later - its with a nurse, who can't prescribe you any medication, its impossible to park anywhere near the surgery and you will be left waiting at least 30 mins after your appointment time. Its truly awful.
