There is unfortunately one receptionist that brings the team down as she is consistently rude and unhelpful. After calling to check blood test results, the response I was given was ‘yeah your fine been signed off’, and as expected I questioned what the next steps would be I was huffed at and dismissed. Said ‘if you want anything else it will at least be March’ This dismissive behaviour is extremely unhelpful and worrying. Please have a look at this as this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me at this practice

I called to ask to see a doctor with chest pains,the extremely rube receptionist said go to the hospital then,I was absolutely shocked and told her no I want to see a doctor but she replied no again and said there's no appointments,most of the receptionist there are great but this particular lady is nothing but a disgrace to NHS,will now have to wait with my oains
