Staff were very helpful in every aspect of our visit. However the room we were waiting in was very cold from the air-con. A nice polite lady soon adjusted the air-con to a lower level. One complaint was thet the toilet flush button was far too heavy, needing 2 hands it only produced a trickle of water. The TV was difficult to watch as the surrounding fluorescent tubes made the the contrast very poor. Staff ere exremely pleasant and helpful. and of course the doctor was professional and caring. It was nice to receive a lunch box with sandwiches & fruit for both of us (I am the patient's partner). A great new hospital. Thanks a lot!

I was 'sent' by my local Health Trust to have a scan. The carp parking being so close to the entrance is very good. The checking-in process was extremely efficient. I was called by a nice friendly nurse at the time stated and taken to the examination room. The entire process (a CT scan) was undertaken professionally and completed within a short time, much to the surprise of my waiting wife!

had an MRI scan but am claustrophobic, the girls were so supportive and stayed with me during scan ! I couldn’t have “gone in “ without them thanks

I thought I had entered the wrong building, as the ambience of the reception area is extremely elegant, and I never expected it! From meeting an excellent lady in reception, who as the first person you meet, was a very good advertisement, as her public relations ability was first class. My husband waited in a lovely calm area drinking coffee, and I was taken through to have a scan by a lovely personable, but also professional young woman who put you at ease instantly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. In this day and age, when all around us healthcare seems to be heard in a very negative voice, this efficient practice, brings back a positive approach across the board, and I have to say it was a pain free test that patients can value.
