Great Service, I really recommend going through these people. The person I had was lovely, really kind and understanding, and very helpful. All the material they sent to me came promptly, and was very good.

Have been waiting for some form of treatment from Outlook southwest since January 2023, over 14 months. Absolutely appalling service, with no phone call on between to see if you’re okay; just a few texts saying sorry you’re waiting. The service isn’t for for purpose and no wonder people are struggling with their mental health when they’re receiving no input whatsoever
