Advised to attend pharmacy at 09:00am on Saturday 25.05.2024, upon arrival found pharmacy closed with sign saying Opening time 10:30-16:30. Asked hospital staff who were unaware of the time change.

I've been sat here for over 100 minutes, waiting for a handful of pills, so I can be released and go home. It was known that I would be leaving this morning, however absolutely no attempts have been made to expedite this. I can only assume that the delays and inefficiency lie squarely with the pharmacy department. This is most concerning and disappointing.

I was particularly impressed by the helpful manner of both the staff member and pharmacist when I collected medication. In particular the pharmacist took time to explain how to take the medication. Terrific service.
