  1. Review titled The pharmacy staff need more training.

I was at the pharmacy to get a medication prescribed to my son by hospital doctor. The person who hand over the medication didn't explain how to prepare or use the medication. As a result ended up wasting some medication. Very unprofessional.

  2. Review titled Dreadful Service

Rated 1 star out of 5

Lack of signage to inform people what queue to get in. This could so easily be resolved. Lack of seating. Extremley long waits to collect medication. Collected my fathers medication. Once home, realised that the wrong amount had been dispensed. Medication label not tallying with out patient prescription form. Tried numerous times throughout the day to speak with someone but nobody answers the phone or replies to voice messages. I do not live near by but will have to return in person which means long drive, car parking costs and long pharmacy waits. Dreadful service !

  3. Review titled Terrible service

Have rung lloyds pharmacy at least twenty times on Friday and today about a miscalculation on my wife’s medication, and so far nobody will answer the phone. It looks as if I will have to go to get it sorted. Not at all impressed

My dad has to have chemo tablets to keep him alive In the past year my dads gone without medication because it hasn’t arrived This last lot of meds was delivered to a wrong address Even though the correct address was on the printed label Luckily for my Dad the kind gentleman that received them went out of his way and delivered it to him ! Absolutely disgusting Not only is my dads health at risk without the meds but could have got into wrong hands and been misused These meds are expensive and I dread to think of the money being wasted when these drugs end up anywhere This place seriously needs looking into

  5. Review titled Slow service

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I appreciate how busy they are at the pharmacy but 50 minutes is a very long time to wait. The situation is made worse by not making the system totally clear, it was very obvious that many people thought “collection point” referred to anyone who had a prescription to collect. This resulted in double queues, staff redirecting when they may have been giving out prescriptions and a general sense of frustration. It needs a sign that says you have to get a number before you can collect your prescription and a very clear indication of where you get that number.

  6. Review titled Shocking service

Rated 1 star out of 5

The Lloyds pharmacy at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Woolwich is appalling . I fully appreciate they are also dealing with ward medications but the wait is generally 2/3 hours wait. This surely can not be acceptable. Secondly , I generally find the staff exceptionally unhelpful and often rude . If you are waiting at the counter , they will tend to ignore you and look through as if you are not there. Patients are understandably frustrated and often queue jump - causing friction between patients and the staff are happy to ignore this. Please can the NHS trust look into this as the service is appealing .

  7. Review titled Completely useless

My wife had chemotherapy this morning. It took a total of 2 and a half hours. We've been waiting another 2 hours so far for some meds to be brought to the cancer unit, before we can go home. One delivery came after about 90 minutes but they didn't have the right meds. Absolutely ridiculous.
