   been on hold for 45 mins 3rd in que to get to no1 and then be cut off is so frustrating after contacting via anima to be told gp will call back but never did now im chasing the gp call?!!! what is going on with this practice it used to be so good... its impossible to get through to anyone or may be thats what they want for there patient's
