After having knee surgery had physio which was excellent.Booked in for six weeks follow up knee excercise class .Due to another health issue I wasn’t able to begin this course. Have tried numerous times to phone and cancel over the last two weeks. Have tried different numbers and no one answers the phone. Disappointing.

I've been to Park Rehabilitation Centre twice now, and the standard of care has completely surpassed my expectations. This is patient-centred care at its finest. The facilities are set up to maximise the comfort of patients, with comfortable seating and refreshments available. There is plenty of time during appointments to talk things through, and staff always listen carefully and show that they have understood what the patient says. Treatment goals are decided together at the start of each session. The whole process feels collaborative, empowering, and practical. The care I have received here has made a huge difference to my quality of life.
