   Waiting on a certificate I've had to pay for. No one contacted me it's been in the practice now 3 days. I said I collection today but can't as no doctor to sign it. I also need my medical notes sent to my solicitors an for 5 months still haven't done this. You can never get though when calling an when you do some of the receptionist are very unhelpful. Worst practice I have ever been under
