   All appointments have run late, even when first of the day. Seems no receptionist recruited at the moment, so if you arrive before 8 am, have to rely on someone already inside, staff or client, to see you and let you in. Also means appointments cut short as therapists try to catch up for time lost when they arrive to start the day late.
