   I just want to congratulation and acknowledge the fabulous improvements of Customer Service within the reception department just recently, I used to dread ringing the surgery due to the way calls were handled and even made a complaint about it, but recently its been a pleasure dealing with all the staff there. I rang this morning and spoke to two different members of the team and both individuals were lovely, friendly and really helpful, what a transformation, I just hope this continues as I came off the phone completely calm and very happy with the service. Well done.
