Rated 5 stars out of 5

UTC staff were caring, courteous, kind, considerate, helpful, informative, knowledgeable, helpful, warm and friendly. My father-in-law was well-looked after and cared for. Exceptional service from all staff.

I was on holiday on a coach tour when I had to go to the UTC at Lymington, where I was dealt with quickly, efficiently and thoroughly before being referred on to Southampton Hospital. All Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

  4. Review titled Mixed experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Really impressed by how quickly I was seen and have used the service a number of times before and always found it to be excellent. This time I found the nurse to be very dismissive of my injury. No painkillers were offered or discussed and after care was almost a passing comment. Some key questions were missed when referring me to x-ray that I only realised after. I ended up going to a pharmacy for after care as I was still in agony.

  5. Review titled Really brilliant with my 4 month old thank you!

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 07 June 2023

When I phoned up to check eligibility (as I was on holiday and it was my 4 month old who was unwell) - phone answered straight away and very helpful. Parking spaces available. No queue at reception and friendly receptionist. Called for triage check after just 5 mins. Saw doctor after 10 minutes. GP was brilliant - so helpful and reassuring. Spent a good amount of time with us too, answered all my questions with patience. I’m so grateful. Felt like private healthcare! Very much needed when I was worried about my 4 month old. Thank you so much to all, even the friendly staff who just paused as they walked past to admire my baby!
