   Been for bloods this morning. (I normally go to the hospital) No signs to say to book in or a designated desk / reception or screen to book in on. Being a person With cognitive disability’s I missed my appointment time even though I was early for my appointment. Appointment time was booked in my name. Why not just call my name out at the time of the appointment?
