my grandfather has had many visits to the clinic and each times they’ve not searched for the problem and instead dressed his wound. he expressed his concern about perhaps needing antibiotics and was told that was unnecessary. he went in today and was sent by a higher up straight to walsgrave hospital. now he has to have an operation to amputate two of his toes. he was also told by the specialist at walsgrave hospital that he should’ve been on antibiotics when the issue first arose. completely disappointed at the obvious neglect and dismissive attitude towards your patients.
