    Very disappointed with the blood centre service! I’ve been referred for a blood test on the 14th February 2025 so I went to book using the online system, there was no availability the earliest being 18th March so I booked it, a few days before that date they sent a text saying they cancelled my appointment and I had to reschedule So once again I rescheduled and the earliest was 1st April (today) which I booked then one hour before they sent me a text message saying they cancelled my appointment whilst I was getting ready Very disgusted and appalled by their service, they hardly have any availability and if they do they just cancel your appointments. Their next supposed availability is after the 22nd April which is more than two months after I was referred. Honestly don’t waste your time trying to schedule a blood test with them you’ll just be left disappointed when they inevitably cancel on you

    Honestly the worst GP surgery I have ever been registered to. They are of no help, when you're lucky enough for the phone to be answered they want you to do everything digitally or online even if you are in person at the surgery. The reception said they can't process any appointments and will still request for you to do it on the app even though I repeatedly told them my app wasn't working and I received an NHS letter asking me to call and book and appointment. I feel for any patient that will potentially find this even more difficult because they may require extra support due to age, disability or language. Not inclusive at all and the attitude of the reception staff both on the phone and in person is patronising and rude.
