Ten attempts to contact / cut off each time. Received text message and asked to contact them. No contact number. Googled and rang but no answer.

Review titled Considerate and professional staff
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 01 June 2024
MRI As I arrived early, the staff were welcoming and accommodating. The procedure was clearly explained and several checks made to check I was ok throughout. There is building work ongoing around the area and better directional signs would be useful to be confident as to which way to walk from the car park to the correct scanner. Great to not have to go to a busy hospital site too.

Review titled Inconsiderate public service
Rated 5 stars out of 5

Went for blood test at fulwood clinic only to find notice board outside saying we no longer do blood test, nearest one Lytham road. Went there , car park full but eventually managed to find a space. Went to entrance another sign saying we can't do blood tests as we only have one nurse. Whoever is in charge of this service should consider putting an announcement on the website letting people know about the changes. Is it to much to ask, not everybody has a car and incur costs of taxis and buses.

Review titled Closed early
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 17 January 2024
Turned up on Wed 17 Jan 2024 at 2:40pm for a blood test to find clinic was closed as capacity reached should have been open to 3:30pm. Please consider putting closed notice on outer door to stop people wasting time going in (The inner doors are not easy to open if you are frail) . Continuous stream of people wasting there time turning up for blood to be taken , many bringing elderly relatives. Suggest you increase the capacity.

Review titled Gone home early
Rated 1 star out of 5

I attended the drop in blood test clinic after picking up my GP referral form 20 minutes earlier from my GP practice. Arrived at 3.10 pm ( 20 minutes) prior to the stated closing time to find that the phlebotomist had decided to finish at 3pm. This should not be allowed to happen. I would appreciate a reply from whoever is in charge of this service explaining what action has been taken against the phlebotomist who clearly thinks it acceptable to "clock off" at a time suitable to them. I would welcome your assurance that this will not be tolerated.

Review titled Getting a routine blood test
by woodpigeonjf86 - Posted on 11 October 2023
Turned up at clinic which was supposed to be open til 11.30 am to be told it was closed, as capacity was reached. Time 10.00am. Walked to next nearest centre, took a ticket and waited an hour but got it done. Although I felt frustrated, I also felt sorry for people being turned away as that clinic reached capacity. Some had taken 2 buses to get there. Surely there must be a better way to get a blood test?

Review titled Awesome Phlebotomists
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 29 May 2023
Lovely ladies the phlebotomist working non-stop. The wait was 70 minutes plus 15 minutes as I arrived early to get in the already long queue. Any plans to re-introduce appointments & increase the number of staff at peak times to reduce the waiting times?

Review titled Let down again
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 27 March 2023
Arrived early for my blood test only to be told the phlebotomist is sick I was not informed of this. This is the 3rd time I have been to the healthport and 3 times I have been cancelled on without being informed. As you can imagine I am not happy about it. It also cost me £11 for nothing
