I called today after 3 weeks of my embarrassing problem. We are talking poo and wind here. The receptions was so brilliant ; so calming and positive but most of all caring. They helped take my embarrassment away. The receptionist went on to put me through to a Doctor. Who was again very caring and positive. Appointment made straight away to start to look into my problem. Today readers im going to work a lot less worried and in a more positive mood. I can't thank our doctors and the reception staff enough for their caring and professional attitude. I can't recommend this practice enough. Always brilliant in the past as they are now. Thanks everybody x
