Review titled No follow-up. Nor communication sent to gp
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Irene Nuta - Posted on 18 March 2024
I had an urgent abdomin ct scan on the fourteenth of January 2024 at Charring Cross hospital, requested by an imperial college - colorectal consultant surgeon. There has been no communication no results given to me by post/ text. Nor have the colorectal team contacted my gp practice (Dr. Jefferies & Partners, Munster Road) even after 2 written letters. With the exception that I should expect a letter in the post, over a month ago. I have since tried to contact the clinic in vain to get a follow-up response, as had the team at my gp office. I feel they are being negligent and there’s a failing on the departments side.

Review titled Terrible

Attended this clinic and was told that my appointment was cancelled 45 minutes beforehand due to nurse feeling unwell. I can understand when someone is unwell however cancelling less than an hour beforehand is not professional or acceptable. I was just told that I have to wait for another appointment which would mean it would be my third time un 9 months waiting for an appointment for a procedure that i need. I was also told that there is nothing that anyone can do due to it being the end of the day. I waa told that the clinic manager wouldn't speak with me as they were busy and that I would just need to wait for an appointment. Very unprofessional
