My doctor's is in this building and after an appointment I needed to feed my child. When I asked I was told by 3 staff members there wasn't anywhere. Then a receptionist told me to feed him in the disabled toilet. The toilet!! This is not acceptable and not hygienic. No one should have to eat in a toilet whether they're a baby or not. Disgusting.

Tried unsuccessfully to phone over 3 days, always got the same reply even though I phoned 117 times. All services are excellent so why can they not answer a phone call.

I had a breast screening yesterday, not my first. There is no way to prove my experience as we were the only two in the room but the young lady who gave me my screening had very unkind hands, and gave the dial an extra spin to tighten the grip though I had said she was going to bruise me.
